+ Condominium Makeover

An almost 2,000-square-foot two bedroom, two bath condominium unit was a complete makeover, from an awkward, outdated 80’s layout to an updated luxurious and efficient living space.

The client’s request was to create an open space while    defining    functionality   of   each  area.

The mission was to deliver an eclectic style with traditional architectural elements and contemporary lines, achieving a timeless look and feel.

The project encompassed reconfiguration of existing partitions and new space planning,  kitchen and bathrooms design and layout,  architectural detailing, furniture, paint colors, lighting, plumbing fixtures and accessories specifications.

+ Single Residence Interior Design

An approximately 5,000-square-foot beautiful home, designed by known local architect, called for a respective interior design and furniture choices.

All interior design elements were carefully selected to complement existing architecture of the house.

+ River Front Rural Retreat

A brand new construction of a 2,000 square feet cottage located in the Midwest woods. The client’s prerequisites were to have an open-flow layout to entertain large number of guests.  A desire to reflect the surrounding nature indoors, rustic style through-out and comfortable functional space was client’s request.

The project included architectural, interior and landscaping design. The vacation house required for all materials and finishes to have high durability and low maintenance.

+ Single Family House Renovation

This is our exceptional interior design project in the beautiful town of Long Grove, IL. This project encompassed the transformation of several key areas within a house, including the kitchen, primary suite, family room, and dining room, creating a harmonious and luxurious living environment.

The kitchen, often considered the heart of the home, underwent a remarkable makeover.

Our design team carefully selected beautiful cabinetry that not only provides ample storage but also adds a touch of elegance to the space.

The choice of materials for the backsplash, countertops, and flooring was thoughtfully considered to create a cohesive and visually stunning aesthetic.

+ Vacation Florida House

We are delighted to showcase our interior design project for a vacation house in sunny Florida. Our goal was to create a vibrant and light-filled atmosphere that captures the essence of the ocean and provides a truly refreshing and relaxing experience for visitors.

Inspired by the coastal beauty of Florida, our design concept revolves around a color palette that reflects the calming hues of the ocean. Soft blues, sandy neutrals, and fresh whites form the basis of the color scheme, evoking a sense of tranquility and serenity throughout the house.

Comfort was a key consideration in our design approach. We have carefully selected comfortable seating options that invite guests to unwind and sink into relaxation. Plush sofas and armchairs adorned with cozy throws and pillows create cozy nooks for reading or simply enjoying the beautiful surroundings.
